The Swedish Cottage Marionette Theatre is coming to Carroll Park to perform "Cinderella Samba!" (Set in the lush landscape of Brazil, this timeless fairy tale finds Cinderella and her Prince in a Samba contest at the Carnival Ball.)
Sounds like loads of fun!

From Wikipedia
The Swedish Cottage Marionette Theatre was originally built as a model schoolhouse for Sweden's exhibit at the 1876 Centennial Exhibition in Philadelphia. Frederick Law Olmsted moved the Cottage to New York City and established its permanent home in Central Park . It now hosts one of the only public Marionette theatre companies in the country and is listed on the Historic House registry of New York City
The theatre and its performances are managed and presented by City Parks Foundation.
