Bringing The Caribbean To Smith Street: Presenting The Fire Escape Hammock

Got to love the way some people deal with summer in the city. Take for example the Smith Street resident who hung his/her hammock between two ladders of a fire escape. It may not be the beach, but close your eyes, imagine that the constant roar of traffic is actually the sound of waves crashing against the shore, and voila...instant tropical paradise.
Frozen Margaritas, anyone?

more like "fire code violation, anyone?"

this person is asking for a fine. if you're going to modify your fire escape you have to do it in the back of the house.

I've seen him out there reading on the chair. The hammock is kind of scary though. It really doesn't look very wide up there.

Not to mention he could very easily fall as the ledge is very narrow there. I'm all for relaxation, but seeing that guy makes me nervous.

This is my hammock and yall some haters! No I love my smith street peons who seem so small from the great height of my hammock. Also the guy who falls out of the hammock, you might have some inner ear issues with your equilibrium or something.
MUCH LOVE
