I needed candles and some paper napkins, so I took a walk over to Ikea in Red Hook, expecting the store to be empty. No such luck. Even on this first day of the new year, the place was buzzing and the restaurant full. Who knew so many people had Köttbullar on their mind...

the shrimp sandwiches there are a steal and can't beat the view of Manhattan while "fine dining".Great place to go for a cheap date, and no tipping. (I am being serious)
