This Sunday, the Carroll Park Community Fair (formerly known as the Carroll Park Flea Market) was a resounding success, despite some passing afternoon showers.  As in years past, it was the perfect opportunity to pick up some great items, to run into neighbors and friends, as well as making new acquaintances.
The event is organized at this time each year by Friends Of Carroll Park, and the proceeds are used for plantings and events in the park.

Carroll Gardens Park Fair sounds better than Community Fair seeing how most of those vendors don't actually live in CG. But I guess it's up to interpretation. Flea Market sounds better. At a fair there is usually food. But c'est la vie. It was nice this year.
