Hi Katia

Thanks for another year of documenting the comings and goings in our lovely, wonderful neighborhood. You really put your heart into this blog and it shows.

I see that sometimes you get negative comments in your blog. Please be assured that we, the readers who don't comment frequently, appreciate ALL your hard work especially as it relates to the canal, to Carroll Park, and to the homeless shelter on West 9th Street.

Were it not for you, these issues would not have the exposure they deserve.

Your blog is a vital part of our community, please keep up the good work.

Wishing you and your family a happy and HEALTHY 2013.

Regards,

George

Hi George,
Your comment made my day.
Thank you so very much for your encouragement. It means a lot to me.
I am so touched to know that I have such loyal readers and neighbors. Makes me love this neighborhood even more and makes writing PMFA even more worthwhile.
I like to hear from EVERYONE, even from those who leave negative comments. I know we can't always agree, but I think the discussions are important and make us a stronger community.
Happy New Year to you and to your family as well, George.

Your photos would make a wonderful coffee table book! Keep them coming. Happy New Year to you and Glen and the kids. See you in the spring. Kathleen

Thank you Kathleen,
One of these years, I will get it together and make up Carroll Gardens calendars. Perhaps in 2013.

Happy New Year to you as well.

Thanks from afar (California) for your dedication to providing a delightful window into the neighborhood in which our son and family live. PMFA is as important as my morning coffee.

Best to you in 2013.
Ron

Thanks, Virginia Reader. I am always amazed and thankful that I can bring a slice of Carroll Gardens life to so many who are far away.
