I had forgotten.
I don't drive in the city at all, but will take the wheel on longer trips outside of NY.
Both of my kids failed their first driving test in Red Hook. My son got it on his second try out on Long Island. My daughter just re-took hers and passed on Staten Island. She waited 10 years in between tests.

Glad you are back in Brooklyn.Katiahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06484246196723019291noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36892255.post-19529610837513493692016-03-24T10:25:28.792-04:002016-03-24T10:25:28.792-04:00Katia, I really enjoy your blog, it's my Carro...Katia, I really enjoy your blog, it's my Carroll Gardens bible! I saw the driving school picture today and thought you might be interested in an essay I had published on Huffington Post that touches on car culture, sustainability and Brooklyn. Thanks for chronicling CG's past, present and future!
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/barbara-lermangolomb/karma-ran-over-my-dogma_b_9234176.htmlAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15071841145920057384noreply@blogger.com
