I will miss seeing so much of the sky when I come back to Brooklyn. Here, you can actually see the rain clouds rolling in. The light changes constantly over the landscape as well.
That sky was just unbelievable and so ominous looking. But through it all, the sun still found ways of shining through the thickening clouds. The scene did have a painterly quality about it.
Looking at your photos, I understand why you are not ready to come back to Brooklyn. Despite the horrific heat and humidity, my summer in Carroll Park was fun. however,I look forward with great anticipation the coming of fall. See you upon your return. Kathleen
If you are returning this week you will be back just in time for another extended heatwave. : )
ReplyDeleteThat is a beautiful picture.
