Because ...Why is there such hate towards 360 Smith? Because it's not a brownstone or townhouse? <br /><br />I like it. We live in one of the most cosmopolitan cities in the world. It's not like this is a skyscraper, a 4th Ave-style monstrosity, or a Richard Meier money magnet. It fits well enough.
