It seems as though there is a rude neighbor on the loose on First Place between Court and Smith Street. At least four trees had signs like the one above taped to them. Yup, not cleaning up after your dog is not going to make you popular.

WE ARE TIRED OF CLEANING UP AFTER YOU DOG.

I'M TRYING TO BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR, BUT THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR QUITE SOME TIME NOW. WE ARE FED UP AND DISGUSTED WITH YOUR INCONSIDERATE AND RUDE BEHAVIOR!
