Oh, dear reader, this was the cutest event of Halloween 2008. The littlest Carroll Gardeners, transformed into princesses, dragons, dinosaurs, cats and kangaroos, came out to take part in the Halloween Goblin Parade in Carroll Park.
Raggady Ann (a.k.a. Kathleen Henderson, every one's favorite recreational coordinator) lead the parade. Assembly Person Joan Millman came to the park to hand out candy to the munchkins.
