Such a funny question. That would be the Windjammer Motor Inn on Emmons Avenue in Sheepshead Bay. A legend for any kid growing up in South Brooklyn years ago. Besides the tales of the cops and hookers, supposedly it was a big prom night spot. Yikes. Happy I went to High School in Manhattan.
Ha! I was going to say "that one in Sheepshead Bay way past the boats and Randazzo's almost to Jordan's Lobster Farm that I don't know the name of." But Mermaid Twirler beat me to it. I guess it is FAMOUS!

I guess we are giving this Sheepshead Bay place some free publicity.
I'm pretty sure the Days Inn on 39th between 4th and 5th rents by the hour. Not sure of the rates, however.
They may have changed that recently; I've been seeing a lot of tourist/families coming out of there looking a little dazed.
