Purple Paint Make-Over Not An Improvement At Carroll Park Entrance

Nice paint job!
Someone must have thought that one of the Carroll Park entrances needed a make-over and splashed it with a can of latex paint. So now there is a gob of hideous purple on the pavers and on the ornate cast iron post.
May I suggest that whoever is responsible for this half-assed paint job may like to volunteer at one of Carroll Park's "Tom Sawyer Fence Painting" days? That actually would be a good use of time instead of this stunt.

PS: If by chance, this was an accident and the can just slipped out of someone's hand, why didn't they attempt to clean it up?
