I find that picture disturbing.
K-- that sculpture is by very famous-- and generally very media shy-- graffiti artist/sculptor whose name (art name, not real name) I won't use here... Often his work is "stolen"... though can you "steal" something a person left out on the street, not that that piece falls into that category.
Thanks for the information. I have no idea how long this piece has been sitting outside. I almost did not see it as it was propped up against a stoop, behind some garbage cans and an old motorcycle.
