    I'd like to see them get your car towed in a minute. They 1st need to get police over to ticket car.
    (that is about 1/2 hour best).
    It is still public property and can't take law into own hands.

    Ahem...last time I checked it was illegal to block a driveway...it's not public property, it's a private driveway.
