    Walter Mugdan was very eloquent on NPR. After years of frustration and getting seemingly nowhere - it really feels like an agency is stepping up to the plate and taking ownership of the clean-up of the Gowanus - so long overdue. Mr. Mugdan is firm, realistic, and does not kow-tow. He inspires my confidence.
