"Open Letter From Carroll Gardens Apartment Seeker"
Well done. Makes you want to meet the guy,
even if you don't have an apartment for rent, doesn't it?

Thank you for the photos, Mary P.
His email is luckyjimcarpenter@gmail.com if there are any takers. I saw this, too. Cute.
ReplyDeleteHope the guy is able to stay in the neighborhood. Good luck to ya' Jim!
ReplyDeleteIt is illegal to put up these flyers on public property.
ReplyDeleteAnd an eyesore. City has to go around and repaint because of these idiots
'Area' is by far the worse offender. She should be fined.
To Anon 9:56am - it may illegal, but many, many of these types of signs are posted around the area for stoop sales, lost pets, local activities, no parking for movie productions - this should be the worst eyesore in the neighborhood. Lighten up - this guy is happy to live in the neighborhood, and has a sense of humor about his situation. If I were a homeowner, I would gladly rent to him.
