Important F.R.O.G.G. Meeting This Tuesday

oo

In the ongoing debate on the rezoning of the Gowanus Canal area,

no group has fought harder and more vigilantly than The Friends and Residents Of The Gowanus Canal (F.R.O.G.G) to inform the public about the true environmental issues involved. F.R.O.G.G. is meeting tomorrow evening at 268 Smith Street. On the agenda is the upcoming Community Board 6 Landmark/ Land Use Committee's public hearing regarding the Toll Brothers' condo development along the canal, the first step in the U.L.U.R.P. process for the spot rezoning from industrial to residential needed by Toll Brothers.

I hope many in the community will take the time to join F.R.O.G.G. and to support the one group that truly represents the public's interest in the debate over the Gowanus Canal
