In early December, I reported that a three story garage at 269 Baltic Street between Court and Smith Streets was being converted into an eating and drinking establishment.
In the weeks since, the new building has gone up rather quickly.
While many of our well-established restaurants on Court and Smith are closing their doors and storefronts sit empty, the developer/restaurateur is obviously someone who has optimism to spare.
Tough enough to build in this economy, even tougher to open a restaurant.
