Oh, excuse me. I didn't realize that I was trespassing!
For that matter, I don't even own a dog.
But pardon me for asking,
isn't this a public sidewalk
and this tree owned by the city?

Some people just REALLY need to move back to the suburbs they came from... or retire to one.
This is a little much, but considering how often people just let their dog shit and piss on the sidewalk, I don't blame the owner for trying.
As far as I am concerned, it's the people from the suburbs, who come here and act like they are still in the suburbs, that is the bigger problem.
FYI - sidewalks are owned by the property owner and the city has an easement. Many trees in the neighborhood were privately purchased and planted back in the 70s under a 'green the city' initiative.
this is like a year late but ... it ridiculous to put up a sign like that in the city i mean people move here knowing you can live on the best block in the 'hood and turn the corner and be on the worst. so keep your space the best u can and if u really care, help ur neighbor to do the same.
n 'bout the suburbanites ... the worst is the one's who move here and no longer have a yard ... they NEVER pick up their dogs ish .... ugh they ARE the worst ...
once a suburbanite, always
