Katia, this guy has been homeless for at least 5 months, and moving his car around the area every few days....the 76th precinct knows who he is...Officer G. is keeping track. I think he is a relative of someone in CG or was visiting and got kicked out. Very scary guy, people should watch their kids around him.

That car has been living on Smith for over a year at least.
It moves.
I think someone is living inside.
Oh, how scary. I was kind of nervous taking the pictures because I was not sure that there was not someone hiding in between all of the bags of "stuff."
It is reassuring that the precinct is keeping an eye on him..
