Carroll Park Children's Concert Series Needs A Few Generous Sponors!
At Monday night's Carroll Gardens Neighborhood Association meeting, local resident Simmi Degnemark, Carroll Park's newest volunteer and events organizer, introduced herself. Simmi, a mother of two pre-schoolers, has graciously stepped forward to revive the popular Carroll Park Children's Concert series for the little ones in the neighborhood. So far, Simmi has assured enough funding for a kick-off concert at the end of June. She hopes to schedule more throughout July and August, but needs additional funds to do so. She is looking for a few generous donations from residents and/or local businesses that are able to help make the series a reality. If you would like to sponsor one of the concerts or would like to make a donation,
