Slowly Disappearing: The South Before Wal Mart

There, you see? Between the big box stores and the ugly new developments springing up everywhere here as in the rest of the country, you can still find glimpses of the South the way it was.
On the way down from New York, I had a great time taking these pictures from the car. There were many more images that I would have liked to capture, but they flashed by too quickly.
