American flags are starting to pop up everywhere here in Surfside Beach, South Carolina. The Fourth Of July is taken very seriously in this part of the country. Take the house above which I passed on my walk today. It's owners went so far as to add flags to the street sign in front of their home. A bit over the top, I would say.
