Randy Kaplan Performs In Front Of Adoring Crowd In Carroll Park
Little adoring fans sat around performer Randy Kaplan yesterday, listening intently to all of the lyrics of his songs. Some swayed gently back and forth, others danced side by side with a friend. Everyone seemed extremely happy to be with Randy in the park.
Randy Kaplan was the third performer in the Carroll Park Kids Concert Series organized by local mom Simmi Degnemark.
Each performer has brought his or her own magic to the park, each concert a wonderful treat for the eight-and-under crowd.
After the concert, Randy was surrounded by quite a crowd of little ones, all wanting to get close to their idol. It was actually super sweet to watch.
The next concert is on August 6th with Uncle Rocks, followed by Bari Koral Family Band on August 20th.
The concerts are free, but a $5 donation per family is encouraged.

Great photos of a great community event. Of course, you saw what our reviewer, Trey Dooley, made of it. He's a Kaplan fan.
