There has to be an interesting story here, dear reader. Someone chained a newish red bike onto a parking sign on Union between Hicks and Henry Streets. No problem, right?
Well someone taped a piece of paper on the saddle. Short and not so sweetly, it simply says: MOVE BIKE.
Since when is it forbidden to chain bikes on sign posts on public sidewalks? If it were parked against someone's fence maybe, but this....? Like I said, there has to be a story there. Anyone know?
