A Sweet Little Memorial To A Carroll Gardens (Canine) Friend

This sweet little memorial to Carroll Gardens canine resident "Summer" caught the attention of blogger friend David, who sent me the photo above and wrote:

Here is the photo I mentioned that I took on Clinton St between 3rd and 4th place. I saw this wonderful dog every day for two years as I rode to work on my bike. I looked up Google maps just to make sure I was correct on the cross streets and there in the photo on Google is Summer looking back at me.

So I clicked on the link he sent along. And sure enough, on the Google Street View, one can still see Summer, alive, standing in his front yard. How touching is that? To see Summer on Google, click here.
