This would be very funny but the man who is sleeping is supposed to be on watch protecting the public at the Abadi warehouse demo site. The guard was mandated by the city and should still be there. The site is unsafe and is accruing violations daily... but no one is listening.

I am afraid Anon is right. The Abati warehouse collapsed about two months ago. The owner/developer had amassed a few stop work orders. In addition, the site is highly toxic.
I guess the guard is supposed to make sure people don't trespass.
Thanks for the info, Katia... Suddenly our snoozing friend isn't quite as benign.
