yes! i see it all the time! the entitled ones always do what they want to do!

said no to the safety of a helmet
and ignored the marked bike path
along the green brick building
on Union Street.
In all fairness, from the picture I can't tell if that's an adult woman to a teen-ish kid.
If it's a kid, I think she's better off on the sidewalk - albeit she should still be wearing a helmet. However, if it's an adult...
