You can now see how the developer played tricks-off-the-eye with their presentation drawings to make this appear less massive than it is in reality.So how could we trust those drawings made for the proposed Public Place project? Yes it is deceptive for sure. I will always refer to the building as "UGLY BUILDING" OR "UGLIEST IN CARROL GARDENS" like oh, you live in that UGLY BUILDING? Maybe when Court and Smith gets built we can have an ugliset contest. Or "Crude and Ugly". Sorry for the bit of venom.
