Some just published list puts Carroll Gardens/Gowanus in top 10 of all NYC nabes. Park Slope was #1. What they have in common is human scale, beautiful buildings, greenery and flowering trees, and being able to see the sky. Remember that next time some developers come by and say we need tall and dense. Put them somewhere else and leave us alone!
