Early this morning, many of you may have glimpsed actor Daniel Radcliffe on Smith Street. The actor was filming a scene from "Kill Your Darlings" both at Donne Salon and Brooklyn Social.
The movie, directed by John Krokidas, is based on a murder in 1944, which "draws together the great poets of the beat generation: Allen Ginsberg, Jack Kerouac and William Burroughs."
Also featured in the film are Michael C. Hall, Elizabeth Olsen and Jennifer Jason Leigh.
The movie is based on the original of the same name directed by Björne Larson's in 2006.

*Filming is still underway.  If you get a great shot, please send it my way.

We were on Smith all day & Night Saturday but didn't see the "Do NOT Park" signs...
Until this morning when I left for work. Did they at least put them up early enough on Sunday for people to see them? At 7:30 this mroning there were still tons of cars - I hope these people don't get ticketed or towed.

Is the movie shoot why there is loud jazz music coming from Smith Street? Seems to me like they're playing the same thing over and over again. It's getting a little annoying.
