I am sorry I missed last Sunday's cooking demonstration at Carroll Gardens Greenmarket. Local resident and chef Myra Klockenbrink of Myra's Mouthful made Moroccan Chicken using ingredients by some of the vendors.Lucy Ramirez, manager of the neighborhood Greenmarket was kind enough to send along some photos she took during the event. She writes
"[On Sunday], we did a fun cooking demonstration (Moroccan Chicken) to showcase Yellow Bell Farm's next generation farmer, Katie Bogdanffy. Yellow Bell was formerly named Feather Ridge - located in Elizaville, NY in the Hudson Valley.
Community Chef Myra Klockenbrink wrote the recipe to feature Yellow Bell's "Free Runner" Chickens.
I've attached photos from the day which include Michael Simon, our most faithful volunteer going on 6 years here at the Greenmarket.
The cooking demonstration showcased mainly local ingredients from local family farms: YellowBell Farms, Rogowski Farms, and Jersey Farm Produce.
We plan to do more cooking demonstrations in the coming weeks! Stay tuned to our webpage:

I asked Lucy if she could forward Myra's recipe, so that others may try it. Here it is:
