Fourth Annual Brooklyn Volunteer Fair This Thursday At Park Slope Armory

If you have thought about volunteering your time to a good cause, but don't know how to connect, why not attend this year's Brooklyn Volunteer Fair on Thursday, May 29th? Meet with representatives from over 100 organizations and see how you can help.

Are you an animal lover? Concerned about the homeless? Do you care about Brooklyn and want to do something about it?

The Broklyn Volunteer fair will bring together nearly 100 Brooklyn-serving organizations that depend on volunteers to enrich our community. Opportunities abound for families, individuals, seniors, students… anyone with a spirit for giving!

Community Service credit available to middle school, high school and college students through many of the participating organizations.

The event is co-sponsored by Assembly Member Jim Brennan, Assembly Member Joan Millman, Borough President Eric Adams, State Senator Velmanette Montgomery, Council Member Brad Lander, Community Boards 2, 7, 12, 14, New York Methodist Hospital, Prospect Park Alliance, Park Slope Civic Council, and ThinkBrooklyn.
