Claire‘s pie class will walk you through each step of making a pie totally from scratch–no need to ever buy a pre-made crust again when you see how easy it is! From dough making to rolling techniques, making a classic apple filling and emphasis on lattice and crust work, this 2 hour intro class will end on a delicious note as we debrief over a slice fresh from the oven.

Gluten free flatbread? Really? Only 1 percent of the U.S. population actually has Celiac disease - that's 1 in 133 Americans. Shakes head, rolls eyes.
