The storefront at 396 Court Street was previously occupied by Stribling, the developer of 345 Carroll Street, as a real estate office for the condo units in the new building.
Before that, it was home to Carroll Court Gift and Card Shop.
****Update****
Doctor Wendy contacted me after I posted about the opening of her practice. She wrote:
I just wanted to reach out and introduce myself, and of course thank you for posting about the practice. We live in Carroll Gardens as well and fell in love with the neighborhood instantly when we moved here around 5 years ago. I am a mother myself and felt the community had so much to offer our growing families but fell a little short on the healthcare front. I have always wanted to serve my own community, so here we are with my very own pediatric dental practice. We are beyond excited and hope to bring even more joy into the neighborhood by not only providing a dental home for the children, but also by serving our community in other ways.
Dr Wendy also told us that booking appointments or making inquiries online is probably the best way to reach her as her office is not yet open every day. "We hope to be full time within the next few months," she added.

Do they use Organic fluoride and recycled, locally sourced dental tools?
To anonymous: HAHAHAHAHA
As a mom of 3 feisty boys (Ages 3,5,10), we can attest to Dr. Wendy's amazing service. She not only has an excellent bedside manner but has such great patience and care for her kiddos. We love her! Highly recommend, you won't regret it.
Thanks or letting us know, Lily.
