It does look pretty the day of the snow storm. But, then over night reality sets in. The snow becomes littered with dog poop. The snow starts to turn yellow. Car exhaust blackens the snow. Intersections become an obstacle course. The sidewalks are slush during the day; ice after dark. Too bad it doesn't disappear as quickly as it accumulates.
