parked more or less directly opposite our place on union street. the owner, who meticulously washes it once a week, has been trying to sell it for years. 30,000 clams and it's all yours.
Tell us more about the owner CB. Like Summer Sunday nights where he sits outside without a shirt on blaring Frank and people drop off bags (wink/wink) to him?

alas, his health took a knock last year, so there weren't that many stoop nights last summer. maybe this summer... and maybe we'll hear frank again as well.
