Nothing tastes as good as Caputo's bread, especially when it just came out of the oven.

  2. Seeded twist, hands down. Seeded semolina next. And their olive bread makes me weep.

  3. The lard bread is also divine. (Don't let "lard" turn you off - it's meat and cheese.) Both olive and lard breads are addictive - they go nicely together. Get them sliced, and if possible, fresh from the oven. Yum yum yum. And the Sinatra loaf is lovely (long and skinny).
