Kids, Get Ready! Audra Rox To Perform In Carroll Park

As in previous years, the Carroll Park Concert series has been a huge success and a summer highlight for children in this neighborhood. The last concert of the season is scheduled for September 19th. On the program? None other than Audra Tsanos and her band Audra Rox.

One of the most beloved performers amongst the very young, Audra never fails to connect to her little fans through her wonderfully humorous songs.

Thanks go to local mom extraordinaire Simmi Degnemark and her group of dedicated volunteers, who organize the Carroll Park's Kids Concert Series.

So come out for a last blast of summer. Everyone Is invited.

'Audra Rox' Concert Draws Huge Crowd To Carroll Park

Anyone walking past Carroll Park Wednesday afternoon must have been wondering what was happening. The park was filled with gleeful children, dancing to the wonderfully humorous songs of Audra Rox, the wildly popular band for the very young.
As Audra Tsanos lead her band through some of their classics such as "Hope My Mama Says Yes", little hands clapped and little feet tapped along to the melody.
It was impossible not to get infected by the pure joy that radiated from Carroll Gardens' youngest citizens.
The event was part of the Committee To Improve Carroll Park's Kids' Concert Series, organized by local mom extraordinaire, Simmi Degnemark and her group of dedicated volunteers.

Audra Rox To Rock Carroll Park This Wednesday

Have you heard? Audra Rox is coming to Carroll Park. The wonderfully rockable children's band, lead by spunky Audra Tsanos, is going to perform live on Wednesday, July 15th at 4PM as part of the Committee To Improve Carroll Park's Kids' Concert series.
If you and your child have never seen Audra Rox perform, you are in for a real treat. If you have, you know that this show is a must for your little one. So make sure to walk over to the park
on Wednesday. I'll be there to take photos of the event.

Named the "Queen of the NY Kids Rock Scene" by TimeOut Kids magazine, Audra Rox performances burst with infectious energy, promising lots of fun for the whole family. Brooklyn-based Audra Tsanos provides original songs that tackle everything from lost shoes and broken toys to sugar highs and short attention spans that appeals equally to children and their parents.
The first concert, with Astrograss, brought approximately 250 people to enjoy bluegrass music in Carroll Park. The Series will include food, fun and a chance to win big prizes, as every show ends with a big raffle! This show’s raffle awesome prizes include music class with Audra, Body Elite membership, and even a jogging stroller! All players can redeem tickets for great consolation prizes.
