A Celebration To Mark Retirement of Reverend Ronald Lau Of Christ Church Cobble Hill

The Cobble Hill Association just announced the retirement of The Very Reverend Ronald Lau from Christ Church Cobble Hill. A celebration of his ministry and his retirement, will be held on Sunday, January 6, 2019, starting with a Choral Evensong at 3pm. A farewell fête is to follow.
The event will be held at St. Paul's Church, located at Clinton and Carroll Streets.

You may remember that Reverend Ronald Lau navigated his Episcopal congregation through very difficult times when lightening struck the church's bell tower in the summer of 2012, severely weakening it. Tragically, falling debris stuck a pedestrian who died of his injuries.

The congregation has been hard at work ever since to make repairs to this brownstone edifice.
