Summit Street Community Garden Invites To Its Annual Spring Tag And Bake Sale Fundraiser This Saturday, May 20

This Saturday, May 20 from 10 am–3 pm, take a walk down to Columbia Street and check out Summit Street Community Garden's  annual Tag and Bake Sale. All proceeds will go directly towards beautifying the garden, so it's all for a good cause.

The Summit Street Community Garden is having its annual spring tag and bake sale fundraiser. Stop by to peruse items for sale, including seasonal clothing, jewelry, music, books, children's clothing and toys, household items and accessories and more! We’ll also have a variety of baked goods and iced tea. All proceeds go toward supplies, maintenance and plants to beautify the garden. Tag And Bake Sale At The Summit Street Community Garden This Saturday

The beautiful Summit Street Community Garden at the corner of Summit and Columbia streets is holding a Fall Tag &Bake Sale fundraiser this coming Saturday. All proceeds from the sale go to the beautification of the garden, for plants, bulbs, equipment, water and other garden needs.

The sale is held on the same day as the 6th Annual Columbia Waterfront Festival, so make sure to walk down to Columbia Street this week-end to enjoy the festivities and to support this sweet community garden.

Visit the Summit Street Community Garden Tag & Bake Sale for baked goods, beverages and bargains on music, clothing, household items, jewelry and more! All proceeds go to the beautification of the garden, for plants, bulbs, equipment, water and other garden needs. Bulb, Bake And Band Bonanza At Summit Street Garden

Planting flower bulbs in the fall, like planting a tree, is such a simple and hopeful way to insure beautiful blooms for the seasons to come. If you are a gardener, like me, you know what I mean.
If you have been thinking about planting more bulbs this fall, you will be interested in this event.
The Summit Street Community Garden at the corner of Summit and Columbia streets will host its second annual Fall Bulb Bake Band Bonanza on Saturday, October 18 from 10 am–4 pm.

"Buy flower bulbs for your garden while enjoying snacks and music in the community garden. Baked goods and a selection of bulbs—including daffodils, tulips and crocuses—will be for sale, with all proceeds benefiting the garden. Live music from jazz-rock fusion trio City Samanas begins at 2 pm. The rain date for the event is Sunday, October 19. Admission is free."
