Before (On December 20th)

The owner of the Western Union and Check Cashing place at the corner of Court and President must have rethought his color scheme. About two weeks ago, I reported here that the owner painted the store front a caustic shade of green. (Think Kermit the Frog)
Imagine my surprise when I came back to Brooklyn a few days ago and saw that the bright green shade had been replaced with a more agreeable grayish/blue. The question only remains: When is the owner of this building going to paint the rest of the façade? It seems to be in dire need of a good scraping and a fresh coat of paint.
