To all Carroll Parkers who know her, Judy Rayner says hello. Judy was a member and then President of the Committee To Improve Carroll Park. This summer, she moved from Carroll Gardens to Connecticut. She was the one who organized all the incredible children's concerts and many more amazing park events over the last few years. I went to visit her this week-end. This is Judy in front of her beautiful new home. She, her husband Ed and daughter Olivia seem totally happy. Especially Olivia who has at her disposal a playroom that is as big as two Brooklyn apartments put together.
