Sometimes, it happens that I leave Brooklyn.
Imagine!
This week, I am at Surfside Beach, South Carolina.
And it is beautiful.
The ocean, the sand, the sky,
The freedom to walk barefoot.
How delightful.
Brooklyn seems far away.
Very far.

It seems good there unless you live there for 6 months to a year then reality hits, and you would run barefoot back to brooklyn.
But boy, would I like to try!
However, you are probably right. It may not even take 6 months for me to pine for the old Bk.
These are the thinks I already miss after 3 days:
-good pizza
-stimulating conversation
-democrats
-a (barefoot) walk down Court to Sahadi's
