It had been a long day,
A particularly stressful day
And she felt low.
But as she glanced out at the backyard through her window,
She saw the setting sun over a row of brownstones,
And she remembered instantly
Why she chose to live right here in Carroll Gardens.
Not a bad ending to a crazy day.
