Summertime in Brooklyn, with its simple pleasures, has always been a magic time. This wonderful family photo comes from loyal PMFA reader Francis. He entitled it "Balloon Man." It was taken a few years back on First Place.
He also included the photo below of his mother standing in front of her stoop in 1999.
