I know, right? It was particularly horrible today.
Does the bottles , plastic bags, balloon come from the CSO or have they been thrown by people?
Not too far, we see the same kind of trash around the train station.
It looks like there is a need to educate people. The City just reflects us.
Well said, frencheese. It probably comes from both.
We certainly need to educate people, but we also need to make sure that the city stops diverting CSO's into the canal. It was stinking to high heavens after today's torrential rain.
