Brooklyn Film Festival To Screen Brooklyn Filmmakers' Documentary "The Minutemen"

Nathan Kensinger, Director of the 14th Brooklyn Film Festival (as well as photographer and friend), just sent me this announcement about a special screening of "The Minutemen", a documentary shot by Director Corey Wascinski and Producer Nicholas Weissman.

This Friday, the Brooklyn Film Festival is presenting a special screening of "The Minutemen." This excellent documentary was made by Brooklyn filmmakers, and after premiering at our 2010 festival, it won both the Grand Prize and Best Documentary awards. Please join us on Friday January 28th at 8PM for a screening and Q&A with the filmmakers.

Winner of the 2010 Grand Chameleon and Best Documentary awards, "The Minutemen" is a powerful documentary about a controversial, heavily armed vigilante group which is patrolling the US/Mexico border, attempting to stop illegal immigration.
