He walked along Columbia Street, pushing his bike, then stopped, parked the bike and installed himself on the office chair. He picked up the umbrella and started waving at the passing cars. Apparently he is a fixture on Columbia.

And all around the neighborhood too. He's always super nice to our family when we see him. Apparently he loves cats and geography too.
