Poet, writer, and teacher Chris Hosea organizes another poetry reading in his Blue Letter series, which aims to bring "challenging and exciting contemporary poets to audience"s in this neighborhood. The events are free and open to the public.

On Wednesday, May 2, 8pm at Sal’s Pizzeria & Mama Maria Restaurant, 305 Court Street, Brooklyn, NY 11231,  Peter Gizzi, Niina Pollari and Monica McClure will read their hearts out. Come one, come all. First-timers, note that the reading takes place in the back room restaurant attached to Sal’s, not in the pizza parlor itself!
